Step by Step Guide

Turnaround time is 7-10 business days, beginning once our Print Terms are accepted, artwork has final approval for production. This does not include any shipping time. Please consider, we are closed for national holidays, and these days will not be factored into production time.

If you need your product faster, a rush fee will be applied to your order.

Day 1 - 5 Pricing & Quotes

Before we can start working on your order, you need to know what you are purchasing and for how much!

Quotes or estimates are valid for 30 days.

48 piece minimum for any orders. Pricing is based on the product you select, how many inks needed to print, and how many shirts ordered.

Due to the labor-intensive process of screen printing, GGO Custom does not print single shirt orders.

Day 1 - 5 Design is Created

Pick from already made ideas or bring your own ideas to our artists!

In this stage, we narrow down ideas, pick out the product to be printed on, and create a quote based on how many colors you need and how many products you need printed.

GGO Custom will send a digital proof for customer approval before we begin production.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all of the information on the proof is correct. This includes, but is not limited to spelling, grammar, design errors, and print location. If an error is found after your order has been approved and printed, GGO Custom will not be held liable for any costs associated with re-printing the order.

Day 6-8 Product Ordered

Before we can print your order, we need to get your product delivered to us!

Depending on what you order, this could take a couple of days.

Days 6-8 Screens are Prepared

This is preproduction set up for your design before printing.

For every color you need in your art, a screen is needed. This is what the ink is pushed through for application to your product.

Days 9-10 Time to Print Your Design

Production gets to work

The screens made earlier in the week are used by being set up on the press and then lowered down onto the printing board. Ink is added to the top end of the screen, and a squeegee is used to pull the ink along the full length of the screen. This presses the ink through the open areas of the stencil, imprinting the design on the product underneath.

Once printed, your design goes through our commercial ovens to bake/set your design, so that the print holds up for a very long time!

Day 11 Pay/Pick Up Your Order

Wrap up the process by paying off your invoice and then enjoy your product
